Continuând pe linia tematică a purtării Crucii în perioada prigoanei comuniste, care a marcat România secolului XX, sub titlul Metanie dinaintea crucii, am adunat laolaltă cuvintele ce alcătuiesc mesajul către tineri al doamnei Cornelia Anichitei, nepoata vrednicului de pomenire părintele Dimitrie Bejan, unul dintre bravii oameni de spirit pe care i-a dat neamul nostru, mare mărturisitor al ortodoxiei în temnițele comuniste și neobosit luptător pentru adevăr și dreptate. Cuvântul său blând, dar temerar și puternic, ne vorbește, în chip deslușit, despre viața părintelui Dimitrie Bejan, despre puterea exemplului, despre harul de a dărui și despre dragoste. Dragostea fără de care nimeni dintre noi nu poate ieși izbânditor din viață.
Cornelia Anichitei a fost educatoare.
Este nepoata preotului Dimitrie Bejan din Hârlău, teolog și istoric, important exponent al intelectualității românești interbelice.
A format mai multe generații de copii în spiritul ortodoxiei, pledând pentru păstrarea valorilor autentice românești, culturale și spirituale, chiar dacă acest lucru era interzis în anii comunismului.
I se datorează păstrarea vie a memoriei părintelui Dimitrie Bejan prin îngrijirea spre editare a operelor acestuia și organizarea Simpozionului anual ce poartă numele acestui mărturisitor și mult pătimitor în lagărele sovietice și temnițele comuniste, în deportări și domicilii forțate.
Continuing on the thematic line of carrying the Cross during the communist persecution, which marked 20th-century Romania, under the title Prostration before the Cross , we have gathered together the words that make up the message to young people of Mrs. Cornelia Anichita , the granddaughter of the worthy father Dimitrie Bejan, one of the brave men of spirit that our nation gave us, a great confessor of Orthodoxy in communist prisons and a tireless fighter for truth and justice. His gentle, yet bold and strong word speaks to us, clearly, about the life of father Dimitrie Bejan, about the power of example, about the grace of giving and about love. The love without which none of us can emerge victorious from life.
Cornelia Anichitei was an educator.
She is the granddaughter of priest Dimitrie Bejan from Hârlău, theologian and historian, an important exponent of the interwar Romanian intelligentsia.
She raised several generations of children in the spirit of Orthodoxy, advocating for the preservation of authentic Romanian, cultural and spiritual values, even though this was prohibited during the years of communism.
She is responsible for keeping the memory of Father Dimitrie Bejan alive by editing his works and organizing the annual Symposium that bears the name of this confessor and much-suffering person in Soviet camps and communist prisons, in deportations and forced residences
